Power Care is a monthly remote support membership from PowerhouseAV. It gives you priority access to remote help for troubleshooting, guidance, and minor system adjustments.

Does Power Care replace onsite service?

No. Power Care handles what can be done remotely. If your issue needs a physical visit, we'll schedule that separately. Members get preferred pricing on onsite work.

What can be fixed remotely?

Troubleshooting, system guidance, minor programming changes, and help with Control4, networking, audio, video, and smart home systems installed by PowerhouseAV.

What's NOT included?

Onsite labor, hardware replacement, physical repairs, major reprogramming, third-party systems not installed by PowerhouseAV, and emergency after-hours onsite service.

How fast will I get help?

We target same or next business day response during normal hours. Times may vary based on volume, but members always get priority.

What if my issue needs an onsite visit?

We'll schedule it separately. Onsite service is billed at standard rates, though Power Care members may get preferred pricing.

How is billing handled?

Billed monthly per system. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods.

Is Power Care required?

No, it's optional. But it's recommended if you want faster support and lower costs between onsite visits.
